The chef was born and raised in Leiden, but has been setting up restaurants in all big cities in The Netherlands. His cooking qualities and natural feel for hospitality have been praised all over the country. “I always enjoy my work, and I have always enjoyed opening restaurants for others, but now it is time to have my own restaurant in my own city. I am looking forward to cook for you.”
